Shipping costs & delivery time

Free shipping from €60, otherwise €4,95 (Netherlands & Belgium). With track & trace, from an EU warehouse. You'll see the current delivery time at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.

Returns (14-day right of withdrawal)

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition. The direct cost of return is borne by the customer.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of your notification, including the standard shipping costs. We may wait until we have received the goods back.
