Terms of service

Seller

These terms apply to all orders placed with FietsProof, established at Tjalk 38 56, 8232 MK Lelystad, the Netherlands, KVK 42085591, VAT ID NL005484097B98, info@fietsproof.com.

Products and prices

Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors.

Ordering and payment

The agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by e-mail. You pay at checkout using the payment methods shown (including iDEAL and credit card).

Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide at checkout, in accordance with the conditions on the Shipping & returns page. Risk passes to you at the moment of delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days — see our refund policy.

Conformity and warranty

Products must comply with the agreement. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund under Dutch consumer law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. For the rest, our liability is limited to the amount of your order.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court. Do you have a complaint? E-mail us first at info@fietsproof.com — we will try to resolve it together.
