How fast will my order arrive?
We ship from an EU warehouse, with track & trace — no import duties and no customs delays. You'll see the current delivery time at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.
Are the bags really waterproof?
Our waterproof bags carry an IPX rating — you'll find it on the product page. No rating listed on a product? Then it is water-repellent, not fully waterproof. That way you know exactly what you're buying.
Can I return my order within 14 days?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See Shipping & returns for the details.
Does the reflection really work at night?
Our reflection is applied all the way around and lights up in car headlights — so you're seen in time.
Do the e-bike covers fit my display?
